The World Charolais Congress will take place in Toronto, Canada in 2024
Field Farm Tours will assist with booking and travel for those members that want to attend the conference based on 3 package options designed by the congress organisers. We are happy to book flights for members as individuals or groups and payment can be combined with congress package costs to provide a single invoice in GBP. The amount of GBP will be determined by the prevailing CAD$ Rate of Exchange. A deposit of £350 per peson is due at booking which will be used to secure your flights. Full payment for the congress is required at time of registration, which Field Farm Tours will pay and invoice using the current ROE GBP to CAD$.
Costs are valaid from 1 January 2024 - Registration closes on 31 March 2024 - To complete the booking process we will need your full passport details and your DOB.

Costs - Regina - 10 Day Basic Package (27 June to 6 July 2024) CAD$ 4,345 sharing twin/double or CAD$ 5,052 for sole occuaption.
Costs - Winnepeg - 13 Day package (24 June to 6 July 2024) CAD$ 5,064 sharing twin/double or CAD$ 6,059 for sole occupation.
Costs - Toronto - 16 Day Package (21 June to 6 July 2024) CAD$ 6,305 sharing twin/double or CAD$ 7,562 for sole occupation
